How to diagnose / test Tire Pressure Monitor's (TPMS)

I have a CR-V 2016.
The single Tire pressure light comes on all the time. Once a month roughly.
Symptoms. I test the tires and while they are a few pounds off they are very close to 32. It does not seem related to any particular Wheel. I adjust pressure so that they are all in line, Press and hold the Tire pressure button and light goes out. Within about a month it comes on again and I go through the whole process again.
I know some will say just ignore the light. Lets say I don't want to do that but want to fix it.

I have some questions.
1. Please tell me If the Honda CRV 2016 has a sensor outside of the wheel and rim or not. It seems that I have found some confusion on this. There are two methods of measuring the spin of the tire, which is how they test pressure. One is in the Tire attached to valve I believe and the other is some sensor outside of tire. Which is it. on my car? PS is there any way for me to test it? Like with a voltmeter.

2. Is there any way, to see if its just one sensor when I have only one sensor light on my dash. Some cars will tell you which wheel is the problem.

Thank you.

I believe, even In Canada, it uses the wheel speed method, NO sensors. It is all about the rolling diameter.

With weather changes, especially Canada, this is expected. Tire rotation and maintenance are key, new tire replacements less than quantity of 4 will affect it.

Question 2: No, you would have to install your own system or maybe even valve stem caps that indicate.

I think if one side of the car is parked in the sun and the other not, then your pressure will be affected. When you reset the sensor it should recalibrate. Perhaps the sensitivity can be adjusted, but you'd probably need someone with a proper ECU programmer. Mine doesn't come on but onceva year so far (touch wood).

Thank you for your suggestions.
No they seem to be off a little generally when I check them. But not one in particular, like a leak. I'm not sure how much tire pressure difference makes the light come on. As mentioned above I suppose if the car sits in the sun or shade this changes the tire pressure so there must be some allowance for that. However I know that the TPM needs to run for a while before the light comes on. Maybe that's the reason why its not an immediate warning, once you start driving, to try to equalize the temps of the wheels. Duno.
Yes they are all the same tires.
As far as dragging brake caliper, it depends what you mean by dragging. I mean when it rains the disks rusts I assume that's because they are made from junk metal. so I can hear the pads dragging a bit at first. Calipers dont think? So but then you cant really see that. Coil spring well not that i know of. No the abs light does not come on.
Anyway all things to consider.
Thanks.
