Hi, I have a 2006 CRV Exec with 140,000 miles on the clock. It has just blown a front shock, which is hardly surprising given the state of the roads around here. In searching for replacement I have come across KYB shocks which I have neaver heard of before (there seem to be very few others listed for this vehicle). I am advised they are good, apparently they are are gas shocks as opposed to the oil filled ones currently fitted to the car. They are the standard version.
My questions are, has anyone got any experience of this make? Will using them change the handling/ride of the car (which I am satisfied with at the moment)? And if so how?
