Maintenance required light came on and I got the following codes

2006 crv ex 4wd, 200k miles. The maintenance required light came on for a few weeks and I got a device to read the codes (shown below).

Can someone tells me what they mean and how costly it will be to fix it? I plan on buying parts from Hondapartsnow as I think they sell genuine parts. Thx

On the Gen2, the 'Maintenance Required' indicator is only generated by mileage. Comes on for a minute after 6,000 miles at key on, but remains illuminated after more miles. <-- can't remember, I never let the indicator stay on that long

IMRC: The first action should be to replace the control solenoid valve, RF of engine. That is a LOT easier than removing the actual IMRC valve inside the intake. ~ 0:50 in the video, above.
Make sure you check the wiring and connectors, those can also generate those codes.
Where should I go for something like this? I don't think WalMart auto center can handle something like this. I probably need to go to a mechanic or the dealer. How much do you think it will cost me?

Once the problem gets fixed, they still need to clear the code for the light to go off right (and if the problem isn't fixed, the light will come on again?)

Thanks

Just want to make sure I understand the parts you are referring to:

I identified a Honda specialist in my area. They charge about $150 to diagnose the issue. Do you recommend buying the solenoid beforehand? (if it's highly likely to be the solenoid and if they are going to open up the thing anyway to diagnose, might as well have the part handy to save everyone time). It's only about $120 on Ebay.

thanks

Best to ask beforehand. Some mechanics don't mind; others make their living off of the difference in purchase price vs installed price, i.e. what you buy vs what they buy.
Even if they allow it, is it chance of the solenoid bring bad great enough for me to risk buying it ahead of time and maybe couldn't return it. The saving would be less trip for me if it is bad and possibly lower installation cost if they could change it out during the diagnosis

Honda sent out a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) to dealers advising them to replace the solenoid first.

I have family members who replaced the IMRC valve first but soon later needed to replace the solenoid.
So if it turns out the solenoid is the issue and I replace it, does the maintenance light goes off automatically once the issue is resolved or does it still need to be manually turned off?

On a Gen2, you need to turn the SERVICE indicator off, manually. You could do that NOW...the maintenance light is NOT a CEL (Check Engine Light).

Instructions in the owners manual. (Can't remember the exact sequence)

But the light will come on again if the underlying problem is not fixed right? What i mean is how do I know if the problem is fixed? Light no longer comes on after it's turned off? No more code from the scanner? Thx

I got the solenoid. Is this a part easily replaceable by a layman like me? (as in, there is not a lot of stuff I need to remove to access it)? I saw the video but he removed the whole intake as opposed to just changing the solenoid.

It seems the solenoid is pretty easy to change by myself, and all I need to remove is that black plastic cover. Aside from the cables, lines, there is just a screw holding it in place from the back?
