Getting a p0720 code , I’ve replaced sensor but no luck transmission shifts fine and no funny noises , what else could it be?

This is why it's best to take a vehicle to a transmission shop (or shop for repairs in general) as replacing a part because of a code more often than not isn't the sensor, the sensor malfunction code is a symptom of the real problem.
As for possible issues, a few different problems in the transmission, a wiring problem in the wiring harness or the computer.
