You can go to a website called autorimshop.com and look up any OEM wheels, and the site will give you all the information you need. When in doubt always look up any wheels because there are a bazillion different ones with different specs. There are many wheels that will fit a CR-V off an Accord or other cars, but also some not so much, due to offset or width or diameter or lug spacing differences.
 
Furthermore to my photos above ^^^

im using 40mm hub centric spacers . However to clear things up if your going the spacer route . I would highly recommend measuring out your distances from the fender considering on CRVs 3rd generation at least ... the rear is more OEM spaced than the front for obvious reasons . the spacer in the front if you want it to match correctly should be less than the rear. maybe a 30mm front 40mm rear. either way if your going with a 4 spacer package. the all around 40mm doesn't look terribly bad and its not noticeable unless your flush with the suv.
