Here goes. I have a set of aftermarket wheels on my '07 EX-L 2WD.

It rolls on 24x10 inch wheels on 275/25/ZR24s.

Wheels are Sport Addition KV5 from Tire Rack. 17x8 with 45mm offset. Just transferred the OEM Continentals and used the valve stems and TPMS units from the OEM Alloy wheels. No TPMS issues or any type of reset required. OEM wheels are up for bid on eBay.

Well, back in 2008, when that post was made, Photo Bucket was the best. Photo Bucket has since gotten greedy.

In Addition to what Mike points out, back in 2008 websites like this one didn't allow you to upload pics, so you had to use sites like photobucket. Now that storage is so much cheaper, many sites have the space for photos.

It's unfortunate those pics are basically lost now... but hey, the state of the art changes. We have to change with it. This really changed years and years ago... it's not new, relatively speaking.

The larger the wheels, the smaller the sidewall of the tires, and the worse the ride, plus they look silly

In order to maintain the original equipment tire diameter while plus sizing the rim diameter, the new tire size will have a shorter sidewall (lower aspect ratio/second number). Ride quality is highly subjective and looks are in the eye of the beholder.?‍♂

It was time for new tires so I went ahead and got new rims, 20" Niche Targa's. Was a bit worried about the size but now that they are on, I love the look.

2018 CR-V EX-L with 255/45 - 20 Michelin LTX, on 20" x 9" American Racing AR924 Crossfire Graphite. Out the door was $1,980. I was looking for rims that were subtle since this is a company vehicle, but I'm surprised at how much attention I've received. Groove tracking and firm ride are hardly noticeable. My wife still doesn't notice a difference, and she would tell me if there was. ?

Red or yellow would be cool, but this is a work car, need to keep it low key. Checking the rotor/brake conditions is real easy all the way around!
