Radio causing parasitic drain?

Hi All, my CR-V is a diesel 2017 SE + Navi DTEC and 2 batteries and a new alternator of wasted money later I've learnt my radio is the cause of a parasitic drain.

Anyone know where can I get a cheap replacement, both parts and labour? I live in the midlands.

An auto electrical specialist diagnosed this today - after taking it to a supposed Honda specialist (who just told me I needed a new battery) and then Honda themselves who swore blind it needed a new alternator and a further new battery!

Correction, my car is a CR-V EX I-Dtec Auto - does that make a difference?

Paid £100 for the 1 hour diagnostic, they claim they traced it to the head unit but instead of calling me (I would have said leave it disconnected, I can live without music and satnav) they reconnected it all back up for me 🤦‍♂️ so would have to pay for them to disconnect again 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for your guidance @TheDarkKnight & @Black Pearl UK

Longer conversation with electrical specialist reveals that only part of the drain is from the radio unit, he traced and confirmed the remainder of the drain to the fuse box inside the car. However when he tested each of the fuses in that box individually, they were fine, so concluded that the fuse box itself (MICU?) needed replacing which only Honda can do due to security coding? Getting fed up with this but can't in good conscience sell the car with this fault.

Any other options you can suggest?
