Is it me or does the Touring have a slightly fancier/nicer looking rear center vent controls?

I could swear the photos I've seen for the Touring have (fake) metal accents on the shade levers and sides?

I found a photo from a non U.S. model that I think is using the same Touring AC vent as the Touring.

All the extra chrome bits inside and outside is what made me want the touring over the EX-L. For trimmed up the L is in the US market its drab without the accents for what you pay for it. I do believe the dash outside vents may have a slight difference as well but I could be wrong.

I don't mean to drag up a zombie thread, but rather than create a new thread. I figured I'd ask here. 2018 CRV base model, one of my kids kicked the rear AC vent in the console and knocked the vains loose. Rather than try to put it all back together because the wheel that opens and closes the vents has sunk/fallen back. I was thinking of just replacing the whole assembly.

Does anyone have any information as to how it comes out?
