2015 EX 58,100 miles rear passenger window is stuck in the down position. What's the first thing I should check?

Believe it or not, the first thing I'd try is a sharp rap onto the inner door panel, or slamming the door. If the motor has a bad connection or is stuck, the vibration will at hopefully make it go up so that you can do some proper troubleshooting. (Teach it who is boss, LOL)

After that I'd be looking at the master control switch on the drivers door control, or remove the rear door's inner panel to visually inspect the regulator assembly and do voltage checks.

Start simple.

1.] Can you grab any part of the window pane? If so, see if you can jiggle it. Could be that the window channels are binding against the pane, or that the pane has jumped the channel. Might be possible to shimmy the pane back into channels, but be careful not to break the glass.
2.] Carefully remove inner door liner & plastic liner to access the window mechanism. Is the window attached to the moveable arm which moves the pane up and down? If not, check to see where the nut / bolt combination has dropped. May just need to reassemble that. This happened on one of our early cars - connecting bolt became undone. Using the shop manual to open the door saved me some ca$h.
3.] Check to see if any of the electrical connections to the motor have loosened or even rusted off.
