RSSW Wheels or C-Wheels? Which one is good?

Mine is 2019 CRV, and planning to get a rim for winter, still keep it 18"
but not sure go for RSSW or C-Wheels,
if go for RSSW, should i need spacer for it? coz i saw in canadian tire shows the offset just 38mm only
Anyone have suggestion?

What is the width and offset of the wheel models in question? The width/offset detail the overall stance.

for the RSSW, the size is 8 x 18, offset 40mm, Bolt Pattern 5-144.3
for the C-Wheel, th size is 8 x 18, offset 45mm, Bolt Pattern 5-144.3

which brand is better? or any other suggestion?
