I am sure this is doable, there are utube videos describing how on various car and truck models but I would stick with one or preferably a matching pair from a generation 5 crv from a wrecker. You should also try out a power seat at a dealership to ensure it is comfortable enough for you before going to the work of swapping. No idea if the harness is already in your CRV but you could run one or two yourself if needed.
One issue that might arise would be if the power seats in all models have the memory function, you may get an error message with this disconnected. The memory buttons are on the door and the memories are also designed to work together with the key fobs depending which driver uses the car; I doubt you would want to add and connect up those buttons.

For whatever reason, Honda customizes the harness for the entire car down to a particular trim. They do not leave spare connectors for features the car doesn't have. (e.g. Canada gets a cargo area power outlet; despite being made in the same North American factories, the US CR-V's don't have the pigtail lurking beneath the rear trim.) I guess they can do this because they have essentially no factory options. You pick your trim and your color, and the factory's job is done. (If you watch Honda factory videos, they are really big on doing same-product runs; you'll see one car after another, all the same color, rolling down the line; certainly makes part sequencing easier, and reduces post-line rework due to bad parts.)

The connectors and harnesses are totally different. Is it doable...certainly. You would need to fabricate your own harness, get adequate power to the seat. You will have to deal with any wiring difference in the SRS system. Which includes the igniter and seat position sensor. Of course you won't have the seat position memory available since this isn't done in the seat controls but the BCM. All in all you will end up spending more time and money than if you traded your car for the same vehicle with a higher trim package. Also note that no dealer will touch your modified seats and SRS system with a 10 foot pole and pity the new owner of the car when you trade it.
