2026 CRV Touring hybrid. 4000km and info screen indicates system update required. I enter the update app and immediately get error message to see dealer system update error s0001. Went to dealer and they were also unable to update the system. They called tech hotline and rescheduled me to come in next week and leave car with them. Anyone else encounter this?

I had a similar issue and the dealer did a factory reset on my infotainment system and then the update went through OK. Of course, I then had to reconfigure everything!
