This is what I could find. Granted this is for a 2019, but I don't think that there was much, if any, change made between 2019 & 2021 models.

 

Hmmm, no thigh extension for my Touring seats.

 

Sorry all this is wifes car, must have been thinkig of my 2019 Toyota Highlander.

 

The bottom section of the seat does not extend, it goes forward, back, up or down??!
