In my view... wireless charging is over rated, particularly in motor vehicles. But, to each their own choosing. :)

Where a gen5 CRV (and 10th generation Accord) is concerned... in our family.. we always connect with a lightening cable for CarPlay anyway.. so.. a wireless unit is wasted in that context.

Wired connectivity is much more reliable compared to bluetooth, an likely always will be. Bluetooth is particularly prone to drops and interference in a highly electronic environment... which is exactly what modern motor vehicles are. So, given this, with a wire already there... charge from the lightening cable, which is also more efficient and reliable than any Q chargers out on the market right now.
