Valve Cover gasket replacement

It looks like I have a leaking valve cover gasket on my 2018 2.4L CRV LX.
I haven't found a writeup from someone else or a YouTube video specific to this.

I've seen some Accord 2.4L videos of the same year, I'm hoping the torque specs are the same.

Also, is it OK to use RTV instead of buying a tube of Hondabond for the 4 key spots where sealant is needed?

Already in progress on the valve cover gasket repair (got the cover removed today finally, after dealing with a pesky cable hold that was murder to undo).

I knew from removing the ignition coil from cylinder #2 that I was facing a defective spark plug tube seal. However what I found out online tonight was that these are not replaceable; instead, you have to get a new valve cover.

I pulled the PCV valve as well to check it; no rattle. I wonder if that was a contributing factor.

I opted to buy a non-Honda part on Amazon - hope I don't regret it.

Has anyone else had to deal with this on the 2.4L?
