What is this part called?

I just noticed that i'm missing a plug/shield/cover/whatever in the trunk area. There are 3 similar "thingies" onn the rear part of headlining. The most right one is has a small plastic square piece moving around the metal hook. I think it should be secured somehow

Also the middle one is missing something too


does anyone know the part number(s) of those elements? Thanks in advance
