When will the 2026 be announced?

Hello! I’m a brand-new member to this Club (Feb 2025). I don’t yet own a CRV but planning to purchase a new Hybrid Touring when the 2026 model year lands. What is a best guess as to what month of this year the new models will be announced. Or historically? For instance, when back in 2024 did we get a first look at this years 2025 lineup?

late 2025 or early 2026. is a good guess (that doesn't narrow it down much, sorry)

Usually, the new model year starts selling in August or September for most manufacturers.

Apparently GM is ahead of the game with producing the Terrain though: https://gmauthority.com/blog/2025/0...icing-uncovered/#:~:text=All 2026 GMC Terrain variants,order books are now open.

that says production is already starting in March for the new 2026's

There were some 6th gen CRV owners I spoke with that said the 2025s were out in April/May 2024. Maybe the new Honda CRvs come out earlier

For whatever reason I recall the '25s being introduced earlier than normal. Let's hope the 26s bring back a non-Sport ICE Touring trim level.

Any news of the 2026 as we almost head into April? I haven't heard of any while searching.
