Is the light from my 2019 Touring be a different type than from the headlights?

It is a different bulb. Not sure what you mean by different type, but I'll hazard a guess. I believe the Touring has LED headlights, but the fog light bulbs are likely standard Halogen bulbs. You should be able to get LED bulbs for your fog lights too, if you like. Might be a lot of work to install them. Or not.
