Anyone here know how to remove this? Is it required to remove the bumper in whole or does this thing pop out smooth somehow? Maybe some clips to remove and easy peesy?

Pretty sure the only removal parts on the bumper are the silver trims (that can be swapped for chrome for touring)
if you mean those(your arrows are pointing to the bumper plastic)
you’ll have to pull the bumper
Look up the 2017-2019 crv sport bumper install pff and you’ll get the basic bumper removal for 5th gens
