you could always fit some osram H4 "night breaker" 100 watt xenon bulbs - they are almost legal, in the past would have stood-out like a sore thumb but now there are so many high intensity discharge headlight using cars that a doubling of standard tungsten power will work without attracting too much attention. They will of course burn-out slightly faster than the standard H4 55 watt bulbs. I have fitted them to my 2008 Civic and they improve night vision a lot! It's recommended to change both bulbs at the same time. Piaa bulbs work great, look good, and last longer than other brands like silvania. Easy to do.
