Rear license plate stolen. Nylon screw anchors are stripped out and I need to replace them.

I assume I need to remove the hatchback inner plastic panel but I can't figure out how to get it off. I found the screw in the back door assist handle and removed that but nothing seems to be able to pop off easily. I have searched for hours for videos showing how to do this but I can't find any.

Thanks so much for your help! Yeah I was looking for some other things too like license plate light replacement but the videos I did find just skipped over removing the panela s if it was obvious (maybe it is).
