It worked, and you are right, it was right there on page 71.
I can't tell you how many times I've "overlooked" that page
after the dealer will reset words.

Some times I just cant see the forest for the trees!

I do my own oil changes, will you tell me how to reset the MAINT REQ'D dash light on my 2003 CR-V?

1. Turn off the engine.
2. Press and hold the Select/Reset
button on the instrument panel,
then turn the ignition switch to
ON (II).
3. Hold the button for about 10
seconds until the indicator goes off.
