etaggart, how tough was it? Can you recommend the one you got? Thanks!
It wasn't too difficult. I put the camera up to the left of the rear view mirror. I ended up getting the Viofo A119. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IEQUABA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also bought the hardware kit. Wires tuck up nicely in the headliner and then I removed the A-Piller trim to get the wires down to the fuse panel. Pulling the trim off was a bit tricky. Pull the top part out towards you and it will pop out a inch or two. There is a red plastic connector that slides into a slot in the trim.

I used a screwdriver and pushed that down towards the dash and was able to slide the the trim up towards the roof to unhook the two other connectors. Getting the trim back in was tricky as I had to remove the top connector by pinching in the black piece in the frame to remove it, then I removed the red connector by opening up the tabs and separating the black and red pieces. I reinstalled the black connector to the frame and slid the red connector back into the trim piece. This allowed me to reseat the trim to the other two connectors and then align the black and red connectors on the top and push them together. Good thing is that I didn't break anything.. :)

The A119 had decent reviews and has GPS as well. I bought the circular polarizing filter, but haven't tried it out yet. It should cut down on glare and reflections from the dash.

Sorry about the picture rotation...

I just replaced by CRV emblem that is on the rear of my ride. Not sure how it came off. Someone probably peeled it off. Anyhow I ordered the OEM replacement online and it came quickly and conveniently to my door. It matched up perfectly. Here's what I got https://www.hondapartsprime.com/oem/honda-75722tlaa00-emblem~rr~cr~v.htmlhttps://www.hondapartsprime.com/oem/honda-75722tlaa00-emblem~rr~cr~v.html
I got the CR-V, AWD and Touring badges removed, looks very clean.

Thought I'd start a place to share what you're up to with your 5th Generation CR-V.

Today I received the splash guards and floor mats. It's cold and snowy here so she's a very dirty girl.

I ordered them from Honda Accessories Online Store | Genuine Honda Accessories. Next upgrade will be the horn.

From experience, I am disappointed with Honda’s Floor mats. The upper ends of the Floor mats need to be higher & wider. The foot rest on the left & the gas pedal areas all ways allow dirt & debris to get onto your rug. The mud guards never work. In winter the snow accumulation excessive. Same for mud in off roading. 8.5” of height clearance isn’t enough for off roading purposes. The black plastic lower trim is easily damaged. A must is step guards.

Other than buying the factory all weather mats when I bought the car, I haven't done much. I bought an air mattress to use for vacation next month. I have some interior LED bulbs being delivered today that I'll install later and that's about it. I rarely do much to cars that I buy. I buy them for what they already have in them. Can't think of anything else I want to add or would really need. I have the EX-L. I forgot, I also bought some weather tech window shades for all the windows. I've owned my 2019 for 3 months now.

I have a 2014 Accord Sport that I haven't done anything to. I'm the second owner and it's stock to this day.
