2008 Civic SI Wheels on 2007 CRV?

Our CRV has the crappy stock steel wheels (non-alloy).

We found a good deal on some OEM 2008 Civic SI wheels online.
They are: 17"x7" (5x4.5") +45

Everything I read online says that they work on all CRVs.

Will these work with our current tires?
Continental 225/65R17 102T

I Photochopped it onto a pic of our CRV.
I think it looks great compared to the stock rims.

Thanks for your help!

As I was washing the wheels this weekend, I checked the gap between the inside of the wheel and the caliper. It appears to be TOUCHING a tiny bit.

This can't be possible, or else the car wouldn't move, or else it would produce a loud squeal or screech... right?

I should probably put some ~3mm spacers on there to be safe.

Although, I guess if it works, it works.
I could also grind the calipers down a hair as well.
