I am toying with the idea of vinyl wrapping my chrome grills for a different look. I am tired of the OEM grille, and was looking for something different but tasteful.

Which is your favorite option? Or do you just hate them all?

I like the 1st one, all black, and if you can get a red H, I think it will play off the black nicely.

I bought the honeycomb grille from aliexpress early this year, around $160 shipped and had it installed for around $60 in a local body shop. It looks good and sets it apart from others. There was a hairline crack when i received due to shipping but not very noticeable . Its just hard to communicate with the seller due to the language barrier.

Out of those 2 choices, I like the middle bar chromed. Flows into the chrome H.

I'm partial to the middle bar staying chrome. The other options look unbalanced.

By the way, I am using triton v3 switchback LEDs as daylight running lights. They are extremely bright, and the pictures really don't show how bright they can be. Much brighter than the 2015 CRV leds for sure. They hurt your eyes!

Nice clean job. Was it a certain color vinyl? Where did you get it and how did you get it into those corners? Might want to try this for a different look.

The color is Avery Matte Charcoal Metallic. I tested 4 different finishes before purchasing, and this is pretty much a PERFECT match with the rest of the grille plastic. I'm very particular, and I cannot see a difference under any lighting.

It takes patience to wrap, slowly... then you use a heat gun or dryer to stretch the vinyl at the ends and fold over. First tim I ever do this. it looks Factory, and the material is very forgiving, and pretty easy to work with.

I ordered 5x2ft and had plenty to spare left for a redo in case I need to.
